Portable Air Conditioner Hire Pricing

We offer simple and transparent pricing for portable air conditioning rental across Hertfordshire.

 

Hire Rates

 

• 1 week hire: £50 + VAT
• 2 weeks hire: £90 + VAT
• 3 weeks hire: £125 + VAT
• 4 weeks hire: £150 + VAT

 

 

Delivery, collection and setup:

 

• Delivery, collection & setup: £40 + VAT

 

 

Our engineers will deliver the unit, install the exhaust hose correctly and ensure the air conditioner is fully operational before leaving, so you can start cooling your room immediately.

Security Deposit

A refundable £100 security deposit is required when hiring portable air conditioning equipment.

 

This deposit is returned within 7 days of the unit being collected and inspected, provided the equipment is returned in the same condition it was supplied and with all accessories included.

 

Part or all of the deposit may be retained in the event of:

 

• Damage to the air conditioning unit
• Missing accessories (exhaust hose, window kit, remote control)
• Evidence of misuse or tampering
• Excessive dirt or contamination of the unit
• Failure to return the unit at the agreed time

 

 

If the unit is returned in good condition with all parts included, the full deposit will be refunded.
